Design Thinking by IDEO is lovely.
Even if I can’t consider it just as a design methodology, it gives us the right perspective to adopt a problem solving approach.
Walk a mile in people’s shoes, imagine creative solutions and implement without forgetting to integrate as quick as possible their feedbacks.
The one flaw of design thinking: it gives people the impression that it only works for design tasks. It doesn’t, it’s way better than that.
In a way, design thinking as the same problem as UX: a branding understating one single field of execution, whereas both design thinking and UX should be horizontal notions to make every stakeholders look in the same direction.
Design thinking to build proper UX taking into account every brand touchpoint.
